("Lazox", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your information when you use the Lazox mobile application and website (together, the "Service"). By using Lazox, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, phone number, email address, government-issued ID for verification, profile photos, and payment details. We also collect information automatically, including device identifiers, app usage data, and — during active activities — precise location data used for live tracking and safety.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to verify your identity, operate and improve the Service, process payments, facilitate communication between users, provide customer support, enforce our Terms, and maintain the safety features described on our Safety page, including SOS alerts and safety-contact notifications.

4. Location Data

Lazox collects live location data only during an active, mutually accepted activity, in order to power real-time safety tracking between the two participants and, where enabled, their nominated safety contacts. Location sharing ends automatically when the activity concludes.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information with payment processors to complete transactions, with your matched activity partner as necessary to facilitate the activity, with your designated safety contacts during SOS events, and with law enforcement where required by applicable law.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest, restrict internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and continuously monitor the platform for fraudulent or suspicious activity.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting support@lazox.in or by using the in-app account deletion option described on our Delete Account page.

9. Children's Privacy

Lazox is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
